Requirements
- Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy
- Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite as needed
- Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
- Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience
- Collaborate with Intellect‘s internal clinical team to improve EAP programs
