We are seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist – CDI to build documentation tasks and rubrics, develop scenarios for encounter documentation, and formulate CDI queries. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a documentation-heavy role and expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, and EHR documentation workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role
- Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner)
- Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes, H&Ps, discharge summaries, CDI queries
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
