About the Role As a Clinical Case Manager with PATH's Valley Vista Permanent Supportive Housing program, you'll provide direct support to HUD VASH participants—primarily veterans transitioning from homelessness to stable housing. This role combines clinical expertise with hands-on field work, where your interventions help clients build the skills and connections necessary for independent living and lasting recovery.
