Interview prep

Fit summary

Best fit if you enjoy translating bedside and admin reality into systems requirements and can work on-site or hybrid in Canada (role not marked remote). Thin employer-specific public data here—use the interview to probe Harris’s clinical product/domain and BA tooling stack.

Day in the role

As a Clinical Business Analyst at Harris, a typical day bridges clinical operations and business systems: clarifying workflow needs with clinicians and ops leads, documenting requirements, mapping processes, validating data or reports, and supporting configuration or testing so tools match care and admin realities. Expect stakeholder meetings, backlog grooming, and clear status on gaps between current practice and the target process.

Skills to emphasize

Strengthen clinical-domain literacy (care pathways, privacy, quality metrics), requirements elicitation, process mapping, and SQL/reporting or EHR-adjacent tooling. Practice turning vague operational pain into testable acceptance criteria and measurable KPIs. No certified training paths were supplied for this listing.
