Our client is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding and implementation projects for healthcare and dental software. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, technical aptitude, and experience supporting SaaS implementations or IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation, data migration, or IT project coordination/support
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound technical aptitude and comfort working within Windows-based environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following structured processes
