We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our organization, providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting clinic functionality by managing inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and assist with inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or post-secondary studies
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in inbound/outbound or electronic correspondence environments
- Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
