We are looking for a reliable Client Appointment Setter to call warm client leads and book appointments for our insurance agents, using a provided script.

This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who is organized, consistent, and confident on the phone.

Position Details

Role: Client Appointment Setter

Type: Part-time, long-term (work from home)
Schedule: MondayThursday, 9:00 AM1:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

  • Call provided client leads (not random cold calling)
  • Use a provided script to book appointments
  • Enter call notes and appointment details into our system/CRM
  • Coordinate with the team about appointments set and outcomes
  • Be consistent with attendance and daily performance

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English (clear, easy to understand)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls using a script
  • Ability to follow instructions and scripts while sounding conversational
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service (required)
  • Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
  • Ability to work exactly Monday – Thursday, 9am1pm EST

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $125/month
  • Bonus Eligible After 30 Days: $3 per sale closed by the insurance agent from the appointments you set
