What You'll Do Operate assigned equipment to deliver freight across 13 states on a weekly home-time schedule Execute no-touch freight loads safely and on schedule Maintain accurate logbooks and complete vehicle inspection reports Coordinate with dispatch to confirm load pickups and delivery times Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols What We're Looking For Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) Proven OTR driving experience Clean driving record and safety compliance history Commitment to accepting assigned loads and maintaining on-time delivery Professional reliability and strong communication skills Compensation Base pay: $0.65 per mile Performance tier: $0.70 per mile on all weekly miles exceeding 2,851 Guaranteed weekly minimum: $1,300 (when taking all planned loads and maintaining zero late arrivals) Assigned, dedicated equipment Weekly home time About B.A.H.
