The Claims Specialist provides support for the claims and insurance teams by reporting medical malpractice and non-medical malpractice events, risk management notifications, and other related tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with providers at all levels of the claims process
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and complete claims files
- Ability to prioritize and route requests to appropriate teams
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of databases and systems
