Claims Relationship Manager position at Legal & General, a leading UK financial services group, to manage a portfolio of key accounts and deliver a proactive and high-quality claims service.
Requirements
- Strong experience in claims assessment, ideally within Group Protection
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to make sound, balanced decisions using analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements
- Experience using insight and data to inform decisions and improve performance
