Blattner
Lead Assistant Superintendents, Forepersons, craft, and subs; set direction and coach, own field safety, plan/schedule labor, equipment, materials, and subs to hit productivity and cost targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years supervising self-perform civil/grading crews
- Strong safety leadership (OSHA/site rules, JHAs, cranes/lifts, DOT/telehandlers, incident management)
- Proven field planning and cost/schedule control across labor, equipment, materials, and subs
- QA/QC execution experience
- Valid driver license with acceptable MVR
- Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field
