Ground every answer in facts on this page and the original listing. We never invent Glassdoor-style reviews or salaries that are not in our data.

Interview prep

Expect questions on operating cadence for a CTO office, multi-stakeholder prioritization, and how you’d support hardware/software ground-infrastructure delivery under Series B + contract pressure. Bring crisp examples of exec staff work and cross-functional drive.

Fit summary

Strong fit if you thrive in early-scale deep-tech ops: high trust with technical leadership, structured execution, and comfort with space/ground infrastructure context in Torrance—not a remote generalist CoS role.

Day in the role

As Chief of Staff to the CTO at a scaling space-ground company, expect priority management for the CTO: syncs across engineering/product on antenna and ground systems, board/partner prep, decision tracking, and unblocking programs tied to growth and government work—not pure IC engineering.
