Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange that requires a Chief of Staff to operate as the CEO’s extension, providing analytical, operational, and strategic support. The role involves building financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials, as well as driving cross-functional priorities and coordinating stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent)
- Investment banking, corporate strategy, or prior chief of staff experience
- MBA preferred from a top-tier programme
- Russian-speaking required
- English fluency essential
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
- Track record of managing complex cross-functional programmes from concept to delivery
