What This Role Involves As Chief Information Officer at Plexus Worldwide, you'll serve as the senior technology executive and strategic partner to the executive team, shaping how technology enables competitive advantage and accelerates business growth. You'll own the complete technology portfolio—from enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure to cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital innovation—while building and mentoring a global technology organization. Your mandate spans modernizing our technology foundation, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and automation, and delivering digital experiences that serve millions of Brand Ambassadors and customers worldwide as we pursue our Vision 2030 growth agenda. Core Duties Chart and execute enterprise technology strategy and long-term roadmaps that support global expansion into APAC, LATAM, and Europe while achieving operational excellence and return on investment. Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to drive measurable business outcomes and competitive advantage. Direct enterprise application, cloud platform, and infrastructure initiatives that ensure secure, scalable operations serving internal teams and external Brand Ambassadors and customers. Manage enterprise cybersecurity, data governance, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance across all global operations. Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing global technology team by establishing clear expectations, fostering accountability and continuous learning, and developing leadership capability at all levels. Partner with the executive team to align technology investments with corporate priorities, budget capital appropriately, and optimize vendor partnerships for efficiency and value. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership, including at least 5 years at Vice President level or above in enterprise technology roles. Prior Chief Information Officer experience (preferred). Expertise in enterprise applications, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, software engineering, and digital platforms.
