AbbVie is seeking a National Partnerships Chef to develop strategic plans in collaboration with key accounts and stakeholders in hematology across Canada. The candidate will represent AbbVie to identified strategic accounts, strengthen and establish long-term relationships with clients, and facilitate effective regional team meetings.

Requirements

  • Act as AbbVie‘s strategic partnerships leader in hematology with health professional associations and key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a global vision of client relationships and collaborate interfunctionally within AbbVie to maximize engagement with strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that internal team members understand and effectively implement the client strategy and commercial expectations.
  • Map key decision-makers and stakeholders to contribute to developing account-specific strategies in line with AbbVie‘s guidelines and values.
  • Establish close and in-depth relationships with key account senior leaders to understand their main priorities, structure, and commercial environment, aligning with AbbVie‘s hematology priorities.
  • Assist key accounts in identifying market growth opportunities; recommend and support a growth strategy for all key accounts.
  • Effectively manage the overall budget and resource allocation for all accounts.
  • Track and monitor execution and success.
  • Perform quarterly commercial reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, build, and implement growth strategies for hematology product portfolio:
  • Manage monthly reports for strategic accounts using Symphony.
  • Conduct quarterly commercial reviews with the Commercial Head.
  • Collaborate with field team leaders to implement value-added projects, as needed.
  • Collaborate with Therapeutic Specialists, Oncology.
  • Anticipate business issues and propose solutions.
