We’re hiring a Charter Sales Executive to sell private jet experiences to high-value clients.

This is not a typical sales role.

You’ll be:

  • Handling inbound charter requests
  • Building relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Closing high-ticket deals in a fast-paced environment

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into booked flights
  • Build strong client relationships (repeat business is key)
  • Guide clients through the full booking process
  • Communicate via:
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Slack
    • WhatsApp
  • Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with team to ensure 24/7 coverage (rotational)

🔥 What We’re Looking For (Flexible)

  • Experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and confidence
  • Ability to build trust with clients quickly
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Willingness to be on-call (rotational schedule)
