We are looking for a Channel Manager to operationalize and scale our partner ecosystem from the ground up. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in channel sales, channel management, or partner operations, and can build a channel engine, not just run it.

Requirements

  • Channel sales experience: 5–10 years in channel sales, channel management, or partner operations, ideally working with System Integrators in industrial automation or warehouse automation.
  • Seller mindset: You are a seller, not an administrator.
  • Builder mentality: You are comfortable being the first hire in a function.
  • Operational rigor: You think in systems, not tasks.
  • Communication: Clear, direct, and professional.
  • Languages: Bilingual or native-level English is mandatory.
  • Tool proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, partner portals or PRM platforms, and LMS tools.
  • Summit climber: Hands-on attitude, drive to get things done, and the ability to handle the pace and uncertainty of a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors.
