Censys is hiring a Channel Account Manager (East) to grow partner-driven revenue across the Eastern Time Zone. In this full-time role, you'll own the channel relationships that bring real-time Internet intelligence to the customers who depend on it. About the Role As the Channel Account Manager (East), you'll serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of value-added resellers and distributors throughout the Eastern region. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances & Channel, you'll operate where sales, enablement, and strategy meet — helping partners grasp the distinct value of Censys and equipping them to confidently position our solutions. Your efforts will directly shape market reach, accelerate revenue, and deepen partner trust. Key Responsibilities Recruit, develop, and nurture trust-based relationships with channel partners across your territory, acting as their primary contact and internal champion. Take ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline goals, leading co-selling efforts and joint go-to-market activities such as campaigns, events, and solution packaging. Design and run enablement programs that prepare partner sales and technical teams to position and demonstrate Censys solutions, keeping them informed on new features and competitive advantages. Hold regular business reviews and monitor partner metrics — pipeline contribution, deal registration, and revenue attainment — sharing data-driven insights with sales leadership. Qualifications 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or alliances, with a demonstrated history of generating revenue through indirect routes. Cybersecurity industry experience is required; exposure to SOC operations, threat detection, or AI-driven security is an advantage. Strong grasp of Eastern market dynamics and its key players. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence. Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable managing a sizable partner portfolio in a fast-paced startup setting.
