This full-time, on-site position in Coos Bay offers flexible scheduling, with On-Call/PRN shifts available across day, evening, and night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with everyday activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals.
- Monitor and document vital signs, observations, and any changes in each resident's condition.
- Work alongside nurses and the broader care team to carry out individualized care plans.

Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in the state of Oregon.
