The Central Europe Regional Digital Lead will provide strategic digital leadership across Central Europe, driving revenue growth and improving margin performance through the expansion and adoption of digital offerings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong client-centric mindset, a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives, and an enterprise-wide perspective across WSP’s diverse business lines.
Requirements
- A strong leadership profile within your regional business and local markets for digital
- Ability to win work & contribute to others winning work across the CE/EMEIA region
- Qualification in relevant subjects at graduate level, relevant professional accreditation(s), and 10+ years’ experience in digitally related fields
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and maintain client relationships and drive client satisfaction through excellence in digital delivery
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present complex ideas and information in clear and simple ways and secure shared understanding and buy-in
- Proven leadership skills and experience in influencing and building relationships, including with senior stakeholders and technical subject matter experts
- A collaborative, agile, and results-oriented approach
- Experience working at a national level or within a business of comparative scale and complexity
