C.R. England is actively hiring a full-time CDL-A Truck Driver based out of Coatesville, Putnam County to join a dedicated regional fleet operation — no NYC or borough runs required.

About the Role

This position places you on a Dedicated Walmart Regional Fleet, giving you the consistency of a set freight program and the predictability that over-the-road positions rarely offer. Drivers on this lane handle no-touch freight and return home weekly for a full 34-hour reset, making it a strong fit for experienced professionals who want structure without sacrificing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer over assigned regional routes serving Walmart distribution points
• Transport no-touch freight safely and on schedule
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and all required Hours of Service documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status, load conditions, and any delays
• Uphold C.R. England's safety standards at all times on and off the road

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) — required
• Minimum 3 months of current, verifiable tractor-trailer experience — required
• Clean driving record that meets C.R. England's qualification standards
• Ability to operate within dedicated regional lanes without NYC or borough assignments
• Strong commitment to on-time delivery and DOT compliance

Please note: This lane is not open to student drivers, recent CDL graduates, or drivers currently enrolled in a training program. Prior professional experience is required to qualify.

Compensation

Qualified drivers on this dedicated lane earn a guaranteed $1,375 per week.* The dedicated fleet structure means consistent miles, consistent pay, and none of the unpredictability of spot-market freight.
