About the Role

As a CDL A RGN driver with A&M CARRIERS INC, you will operate flatbed and Removable Gooseneck trailers across long-haul lanes, earning a percentage-based rate on every load you move out of the Sioux City, Woodbury County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport open deck freight on flatbed and RGN (Removable Gooseneck) trailers over the road
• Run solo OTR routes averaging roughly 3,000 to 3,500 miles each week
• Properly secure and tarp loads, with tarping required on approximately 25% of hauls
• Manage trip planning to stay out an expected 14 to 21 days, with the option to extend if preferred
• Maintain compliance and professionalism throughout each long-haul assignment

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
• Experience or comfort operating flatbed and Removable Gooseneck (RGN) open deck equipment
• Willingness to run OTR and remain out for extended periods
• Ability to handle load securement and tarping duties (no driver load/unload required)

Compensation & Home Time

• Paid 30% of each load, with a gross weekly average of $2,000 – $3,000
• No driver load or unload responsibilities
• Earn one day of home time for every seven days worked
• Home at least one weekend each month, with flexibility to stay out longer when you choose
