What You'll Do Operate dry van commercial trucks safely and professionally on over-the-road assignments Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards while managing freight Deliver cargo on schedule while maintaining strong fuel economy and equipment care Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery deadlines and route requirements Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance What We're Looking For Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) One to five months of verifiable truck driving experience Clean driving record and passing background screening Strong commitment to safety compliance and regulatory adherence Professional communication and ability to manage extended time on the road independently Compensation & Incentives Solo drivers earn 54 to 60 cents per mile based on experience, with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200. Top-performing drivers in our fleet earn up to $1,725 per week, averaging approximately $83,200 annually. Team drivers split 72 to 80 cents per mile with 5,000 weekly miles. Qualified applicants receive sign-on bonuses: $2,000 for solo drivers and $5,000 split for team driver positions.
