As a Category Manager Assistant, you will work alongside category managers at Brunswick Boat Group's Pompano Beach location, helping coordinate the day-to-day activities that keep product categories organized, well-sourced, and aligned with business goals. The position suits a detail-oriented professional eager to build experience in category management, procurement, and supplier coordination within the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist category managers with planning, tracking, and administration of assigned product categories.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support purchasing and category decisions.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Help analyze category data and prepare summaries that inform sourcing strategy.
• Support ongoing process improvements that advance Brunswick's commitment to innovation.
