Beth Israel Lahey Health is hiring a per diem Case Manager to support our Danvers, US-based Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) team and help individuals build lasting recovery from substance use.
About the Role
As a Case Manager – Per Diem, Danvers CSS, you will work within a 40-bed detoxification and stabilization setting that serves men and women confronting substance use challenges, many of whom have entered treatment more than once. This per diem position at Beth Israel Lahey Health centers on guiding clients through a focused, short-term program designed to support their transition toward sustained wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate individualized care plans for clients within the Clinical Stabilization Services program.
- Support adults navigating substance use histories as they move through an intensive, time-limited treatment experience.
- Collaborate with clinical and treatment staff to promote smooth, well-supported client transitions.
- Help connect clients with the resources and next steps that reinforce long-term recovery.
- Provide flexible coverage on a per diem basis to meet the evolving needs of the Danvers CSS unit.
Qualifications
- Experience in case management, behavioral health, or substance use treatment settings is valuable.
- Genuine commitment to compassionate, person-centered care for individuals in recovery.
- Strong communication and coordination skills suited to a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Availability to work on a per diem schedule at the Danvers, US location.
