As a Caregiver at Cassia's Westhaven community in Boone, you'll provide hands-on, day-to-day support that helps seniors stay comfortable, safe, and engaged. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Assisted Living residents with everyday activities and personal care needs
• Encourage independence while promoting each resident's comfort, safety, and well-being
• Build warm, trusting relationships with the older adults in your care
• Work alongside fellow Caregivers and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support
