About the Role

As a Captain - Pilot based in Goodlettsville, Davidson County, you will serve as pilot-in-command for Dollar General's business aviation operations. This is an on-site role supporting executive and corporate travel, where airmanship, judgment, and a commitment to safety set the standard for every flight you lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as pilot-in-command, holding final authority for the safe operation of each assigned flight.
• Plan routes, review weather, calculate fuel and weight-and-balance, and file flight plans ahead of departure.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections in line with regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with crew, schedulers, dispatch, and air traffic control to keep operations running smoothly.
• Deliver a courteous, discreet, and high-quality experience for passengers on every trip.
• Keep accurate flight records, logbooks, and required documentation current.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with appropriate ratings.
• Current first-class medical certificate.
• Demonstrated experience flying turbine or corporate aircraft as captain.
• Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and crew resource management.
• Sound decision-making, clear communication, and a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and travel as flight demands require.
