Direct Counsel is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of law firm experience in structured finance or capital markets and be a strong drafter, analyst, and communicator.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of law firm experience in structured finance or capital markets
- Experience with securitization and structured finance transactions
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar
