Campaigns Manager

Vanta is looking for a Campaigns Manager to manage end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region. The role requires experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with a proven track record of owning integrated programs from brief to execution to results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Communications or relevant field.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with proven experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple segments (SMB, commercial, and enterprise)
• Track record of owning integrated programs (email, paid, lifecycle, events) from brief to execution to results
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills—you spot what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change before anyone asks
• Experience working across multiple market segments and adapting campaign strategies to different audience needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce
• Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau or similar platforms
• Proven ability to collaborate with global marketing teams to localize and execute regional campaigns
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work – demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
