Roughly 30% of your time is spent shaping strategic enterprise opportunities alongside sales, and the remaining 70% is spent embedded with customers as a forward-deployed expert who quantifies ROI, uncovers optimization opportunities in the data, and advises senior stakeholders. This position is fully remote within the US and requires approximately 20–25% travel. Key Responsibilities Value selling: Team up with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on enterprise deals — leading discovery, connecting customer pain points to the platform, and crafting business cases, dashboards, and ROI stories that land with economic buyers. Post-sales value realization: Partner with CSMs and Implementation Managers to grow adoption and retention through joint value sessions and industry- and KPI-specific plays, plus enablement on features, prompt engineering, reporting, and analytics. Applied data science: Run modeling workflows (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting) in Python and SQL — accelerated by AI coding tools — across use cases such as QA score lift, AHT reduction, and churn risk, validating findings with sound statistics. KPI monitoring & QBRs: Track metrics like QA, AHT, sentiment, and escalation rates; own dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI; and build QBR decks that quantify realized value at every milestone.
