Business Systems Analyst FCC

Business Systems Analyst FCC role at Fidelity Clearing Canada, responsible for examining, designing, and recommending specific application or operating systems based on business needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business teams to elicit, analyze, and document API and integration requirements
• Define API specifications, including request/response structures, payload formats, system interactions, and data mappings
• Support API design and lifecycle management
• Work with architects and developers to ensure APIs align with Digital Client Onboarding platform standards and business outcomes
• Ensure API implementations meet Operations and Compliance requirements
• Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, developers, and product owners
• Using continuous improvement methodologies continually searches for and takes initiative to improve and/or eliminate ineffective processes to improve customer service or gain efficiencies
