Business Solution Architect - Post Implementation

Netsmart · United States

How to use this kit

Ground every answer in facts on this page and the original listing. We never invent Glassdoor-style reviews or salaries that are not in our data.

Interview prep

Expect scenarios on post-implementation escalations, trade-offs between quick fixes and durable design, and how you align product, delivery, and customer success. Prepare 1–2 examples of stabilizing a live solution, clarifying ownership across teams, and communicating risk and options to non-technical sponsors.

Fit summary

A strong fit combines architecture judgment with hands-on post-go-live problem solving and calm customer partnership. Preference for pure greenfield design-only work or pure ticket-level support may be a weaker match for a post-implementation architect mandate at Netsmart.

Day in the role

As a Business Solution Architect–Post Implementation at Netsmart, you would typically own the period after go-live: validate that the solution matches agreed design, triage configuration and workflow gaps, and partner with implementation, support, and customer stakeholders. Days often mix discovery calls, root-cause analysis, solution options, and documentation so the customer can stabilize and adopt the system.

Skills to emphasize

Useful foundations for this title include solution architecture after go-live, requirements and gap analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and clear written design or change notes. No certification family or costed resources were supplied in the data set, so treat any vendor or domain certs as optional and verify current pricing from official sources before planning spend.
