Business Operations Associate

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders across engineering, program management, supply chain, finance, and other functions to identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions
• Build and maintain data-capture frameworks and analytics dashboards that surface actionable insights across the business
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority special projects assigned by senior leadership
• Document, standardize, and continuously improve the operational processes that underpin Anduril's day-to-day performance
• Drive accountability by tracking progress against key metrics and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Support strategic planning cycles with structured analysis, research, and presentation materials

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills — you can break down ambiguous challenges and design clear paths forward
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building reports, dashboards, or data pipelines using tools such as SQL, Excel, or business intelligence platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• A bias for action and a collaborative mindset — you thrive working across teams, not just within one
• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or a high-growth technology or defense environment is a plus
