We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design and build AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations using modern AI platforms. You will integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and live data sources, and embed Generative AI into core workflows across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or knowledge-based integrations, AI solutions deployed to real business teams or customers, and strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data preparation.
Requirements
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or knowledge-based integrations
- AI solutions deployed to real business teams or customers
- API or live-system AI integrations
- Exposure to AI governance or enterprise compliance standards
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or light coding such as Python
- Automation tools – some experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or similar
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data preparation
