Weβre looking for a driven, tech-savvy BDR whoβs ready to own results, master the product, and generate a steady stream of qualified demo meetings for our sales team.
π Your Impact
As a BDR, youβll be the first touchpoint with future Spin.AI customers. Youβll research, reach out, and engage CISOs, IT Directors, and other security decision-makers through multi-channel campaigns. Youβll combine creativity, persistence, and curiosity to turn outbound efforts into booked demos and pipeline growth.
π― What Youβll Do
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to build a predictable pipeline that meets quarterly revenue goals.
- Execute outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn using tools such as Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Instantly, and Expandi.
- Identify, research, and reach out to target accounts using an ABM (Account-Based Marketing) approach.
- Engage prospects through personalized sequences β sharing educational content, handling objections, and nurturing until ready for demo.
- Qualify prospects and schedule demo meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage your own pipeline, track engagement, and continuously refine messaging for better conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing on social media initiatives β occasionally helping to publish posts, track engagement, and understand social media algorithms to improve brand visibility.
- Report on outreach metrics, activity levels, and conversion performance weekly.
π§ What It Takes to Succeed
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding meeting and pipeline goals.
- Understanding of ABM methodology and multi-channel outreach.
- Advanced English and Ukrainian (strong written and verbal communication).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and BDR tools (Apollo, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Expandi, etc.).
- Strong organization and time-management skills β able to handle multiple sequences, leads, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand how cybersecurity SaaS products work.
- Resilience: you thrive under pressure, handle rejection with professionalism, and see every βnoβ as a step closer to βyes.β
