In this position, you will own the full sales cycle for bespoke energy solutions, uncover fresh opportunities, and forge lasting partnerships that uphold the company's standing for dependability and high performance throughout the Caribbean. Key Responsibilities Pinpoint and win new business across utilities, oil & gas, mining, and industrial manufacturing. Shape and execute regional commercial strategies tied to ambitious growth goals. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers. Steer each opportunity from first prospecting through to signed contract. Partner with technical, operations, and finance colleagues to assemble tailored client proposals. Track energy market movements across thermal and renewable technologies. Present persuasive proposals and pitches in both English and Spanish. Keep CRM platforms such as Salesforce accurate and current. Use a consultative selling style to match client requirements with customized energy offerings. Qualifications A degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline. Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English. At least 10 years of experience in energy sales or energy-focused projects and solutions. A robust client network and established ties with key market players. A customer-centric, results-oriented mindset grounded in consultative selling. Proven command of the sales cycle using the right tools and methodologies. Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and polished business writing in both languages. A track record of developing, gaining approval for, and delivering sales strategies and budgets. Working knowledge of thermal and renewable energy markets.
