Whitecollars, a global HR consulting and recruitment agency, is expanding and were looking for a Business Development Manager with strong B2B experience in the GCC region (Saudi market experience is a must!).

In this role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle from generating leads to closing international deals while collaborating directly with our leadership team to shape the company’s global growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and convert leads through LinkedIn, email, and referrals

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from start to finish

  • Conduct virtual client meetings and deliver tailored HR solutions

  • Negotiate contracts and close partnerships across the GCC

  • Report key sales metrics and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B business development

  • Strong GCC market knowledge (especially Saudi Arabia)

  • Proven success in lead generation and deal closure

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
