Le Business Analyste technico-fonctionnel (H/F) jouera un rôle clé dans le cadrage de projets en collaborant étroitement avec les différents services pour assurer une communication fluide et un suivi rigoureux des projets:
À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à:
- Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métier.
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et technico-fonctionnelles
- Participer aux phases de tests et de recette fonctionnelle
- Assurer le suivi en production et contribuer à la résolution des incidents
- Apporter un support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs et accompagner le changement
Vous disposez de solides connaissances sur un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants :
- Risques de crédit
- Réglementaires
- Comptabilité
- Finances
- Gestion actifs/passifs (ALM)
- Conformité
Environnement techniques :
- SQL avancé (PL/SQL, T-SQL) : écriture, optimisation, analyse plans d’exécution
- Ordonnanceurs : OPCON (prioritaire) ou équivalents
- ETL : Datastage (prioritaire) ou équivalents
- Java : lecture code, debug, analyse logs (niveau intermédiaire min.)
- Bases données : Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Outils production : logs, monitoring, suivi performance
