Your focus centres on learning the real patterns of how that segment operates and then surfacing practical upgrades that touch staffing models, workflow design and enabling tools. Most of the worthwhile gains arise from how effort is directed and how teams are arranged rather than from technology alone. When a system change does prove useful you become the clear channel that collects and refines the need before it reaches the Product Owner and the build team, so intent stays intact. You also sit with clients to help contracts run smoothly and you manage the coordination of external suppliers and partner organisations. The successful person moves easily from commercial strategy discussions at senior level to careful process charting or precise requirement definition. Responsibilities Partner every day with the Managing Director and Commercial Director to gain an accurate picture of the business area’s operations Surface concrete openings for better results across workforce arrangements, process flows and supporting tools Construct persuasive arguments for change and contribute to the delivery of measurable gains Capture and sharpen any technology needs then hand them cleanly to Product Owners and delivery teams Engage clients directly to aid the successful running of contracts Coordinate and oversee activity involving third-party suppliers and partners Maintain unbroken alignment between business-area leadership and IT specialists Skills & Qualifications Demonstrable talent for diagnosing how a business unit truly functions day to day Ability to pinpoint improvement openings that are independent of technology as well as those that require systems Confidence building senior buy-in and presenting the commercial case for change Skill at gathering and expressing requirements that development teams can act upon Experience supporting client contract delivery Competence managing multi-party work with external suppliers and partners Comfort alternating between board-level commercial…
