Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a BrSE/Japanese Speaking PM to manage requirements, facilitate meetings, and ensure quality assurance in their project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.
  • Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE), or Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Processes and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
  • High sense of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.
  • Willing to go onsite in Japan.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
