Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join a large financial institution’s legal team on a long-term, fully remote engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in financial services litigation or arbitration
- Demonstrated experience handling securities broker-dealer litigation and arbitration matters in a law firm and/or in-house setting
- Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or a corporate legal department
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong research and drafting capabilities
- Outstanding academic credentials and a proven professional track record
- Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, in good standing
