As a Bioanalytical Associate / Project Scientist – Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB), you will be part of a dynamic team working in our Corporate Headquarters in Lincoln, NE, just south of downtown. Core Duties Provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects with all levels of complexity, under some supervision and peer review. Support associates in production and validation teams, offering guidance and technical training, problem-solving, and bioanalytical study management. Work with Method Development personnel during project development to ensure method suitability. Collaborate with MCB staff from Lincoln and Phoenix for consistency of training and expectations. Connect validation protocols with production processes. Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve or troubleshoot. Perform, review, and approve data analysis to support timelines. Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support. Ensure timely completion of all QC/QA findings. Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.). Connect laboratory events to project outcomes effectively. Qualifications Experience in bioanalytical methods, molecular and cellular biology, or related field is required. A bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
