We are seeking a Billing Configuration Specialist to support the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of billing configurations across systems.
Requirements
- Execute billing configuration setup across multiple systems.
- Build and maintain group billing structures, plan configurations and eligibility alignment, rate tables, and vendor fee schedules.
- Enter and update rates and plan changes (new business, renewals, mid-year updates), billing contacts and invoice recipients, and special billing arrangements and structures.
- Support ACH setup and maintenance for client and vendor payment configurations.
- Validate data entry accuracy and flag discrepancies.
- Assist in resolving configuration-related issues impacting invoices and billing outputs.
- Follow established processes, checklists, and documentation standards.
