As a Billing Analyst, you’ll process orders, conduct invoicing, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Experience reviewing customer purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and billing alignment
- Managing order processing and invoicing in high-volume environments with strong attention to detail
- Handling increased workload during month-end close periods
