We’re looking for a Bilingual Telehealth Physician to conduct initial telehealth assessments for enrolled members in our Wider Care+ pilot. You’ll work with a community-centered team to create a coordinated care plan and have the opportunity to shape how we deliver whole-person care at scale.
Requirements
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or related primary care specialty
- Substantial experience with Medicare/Medicaid populations, or complex chronic disease management
- Skilled at telehealth assessment and building rapport virtually
- Strong clinical judgment, comfort with complexity and ambiguity, and interest in care coordination
