About the Role
As a Bilingual Recruiter at Proman Staffing in Stateville, you will be the first point of contact for job seekers and a key coordinator between clients and the workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in candidates, guiding them through job application paperwork and related documentation
- Lead group orientation sessions for new hires prior to placement
- Manage day-to-day client communications, including handling incoming staffing requests, documenting employee call-offs, and confirming worker arrivals
- Carry out dispatch coordination and other operational scheduling tasks
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills required (ability to work with candidates in more than one language)
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with customer-facing interactions and administrative responsibilities
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities throughout the workday
