You will be responsible for implementing and executing HR programs, providing insight and guidance to the Area Operations Management Team, and assisting with the timely implementation of HR goals and programs.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of core HR competencies
- Strong business acumen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- CHRP designation (or working toward)
- 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Experience working in a Unionized environment
