About the Role
Operating out of our Milwaukee store at 1804 E North Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202, the Bike Delivery Driver is the face of Insomnia Cookies beyond the bakery counter. You're the "boots on the ground" — pedaling through neighborhoods to bring the cookie magic directly to customers wherever they happen to be. If you enjoy staying active, meeting people, and representing a brand that people genuinely look forward to seeing, this position was made for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh cookies and other treats by bike to customers throughout the Milwaukee area in a timely, careful manner.
- Serve as a welcoming, recognizable representative of Insomnia Cookies during every drop-off.
- Handle orders accurately and keep deliveries warm, intact, and on schedule.
- Provide cheerful, dependable service that keeps fans coming back for more.
- Navigate local routes safely and efficiently while on shift.
Qualifications
- Comfortable riding a bicycle for deliveries across the Milwaukee, WI area in varied conditions.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong reliability.
- Able to work a full-time schedule, including the later hours that come with the Insomnia Cookies experience.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple deliveries.
