About the Role
The BIDMC Fellows-2 position is a clinical rotation designed for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Hematology/Oncology fellows who will train and collaborate with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Medical Oncologists. Based in Boston and the surrounding communities, this role offers immersive, hands-on experience in patient-centered oncology practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Medical Oncology specialists as part of a structured fellowship experience
- Participate in the diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients facing cancer and related conditions
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Contribute to an inclusive, equitable, and supportive clinical learning environment
Qualifications
- Active enrollment as a Hematology/Oncology fellow through Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC)
- Commitment to advancing the mission of conquering cancer, HIV/AIDS, and related diseases
- Ability to work full-time and on-site within the Boston area
- Dedication to fostering a diverse and respectful care setting for patients and colleagues
