Your Role

As part of our team, you will:

  • Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits.

  • Schedule and host virtual meetings to review and explain coverage options.

  • Present benefit programs in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

  • Assist families with enrollment and complete digital paperwork.

  • Maintain compliance and accurate records to ensure quality service.

  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow into leadership.
